Participate in M&A operations including origination and execution of acquisitions, divestitures, and fundraising. Responsibilities include sector analysis, financial valuation, and preparing presentation documents for clients.
Candidates should be final-year students from a top business school or hold a Master's degree in Finance. Previous experience in investment banking, consulting, or private equity is required along with fluency in French and English.
