The Showroom Manager is responsible for increasing sales, customer satisfaction, and associate satisfaction while managing daily showroom operations. Key duties include leading sales associates, conducting performance reviews, and handling personnel and HR issues.
A Bachelor's degree is preferred, and five or more years of experience in a similar environment is recommended. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and be able to work 55 hours per week, including nights and weekends.

As a Showroom Manager, the primary function of this position is to increase showroom sales, Customer satisfaction, and Associate satisfaction while reducing unnecessary expenses through strategic initiatives and effective daily management. The Showroom Manager is also responsible for opening and closing the showroom, answering associate/customer inquiries and handling customer service issues. Your contributions will ensure the success of the sales department at CITY Furniture.
