The Food Captain is responsible for overseeing food operational execution, including production, replenishment, and organization to maximize sales and minimize waste. They also lead in-store training for associates on food safety, new programs, and customer service standards.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in retail or the foodservice industry and possess a Food Manager Certification such as ServSafe. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with strong communication and leadership skills.
