The Store Manager will lead the team through a hands-on approach while managing store profitability, operations, and inventory. They are also responsible for maintaining vendor relationships and fostering community connections through events.
The ideal candidate must have significant retail management experience and the ability to motivate employees while meeting financial targets. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel is required, along with the physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work flexible shifts.
