Supports store management in general operations to ensure a high-quality customer experience and maximum profitability. Responsibilities include supervising associates, managing inventory, and driving sales through product knowledge and clienteling.
Requires a high school diploma and a minimum of 18 years of age, with a preference for 2 years of retail or sales management experience. Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds.

QUALIFICATIONS:
The wage range for this position is $19.00-$23.75. Successful candidates’ wage rates will be determined based on their individual qualifications for the position.
