The barista is responsible for crafting high-quality specialty coffee, teas, and matcha beverages while maintaining consistent beverage quality through dialing in espresso. They also manage POS transactions, maintain café cleanliness, and provide a premium guest experience.
Candidates must have previous specialty coffee experience and be available to work weekends, specifically Saturdays and Sundays. Reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.
