The Veterinary Receptionist serves as the first point of contact, managing client check-ins, scheduling appointments, and handling phone communications. They are also responsible for processing payments and collaborating with the medical team to ensure a smooth patient flow.
Candidates should possess strong communication skills, a passion for animal care, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. While veterinary experience is a plus, the hospital is willing to train the right candidate.
