The General Assistant is responsible for providing comprehensive customer service, managing store merchandising, and maintaining shelf price accuracy. They must also ensure store housekeeping standards are met and adhere to safety regulations within their designated area.
Candidates must possess a minimum of a Grade 10 or NQF 3 qualification with one year of experience, or a Grade 12 certificate. Applicants must be able to communicate in English and the local dominant language, perform basic calculations, and be willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
