The Associate will manage critical phases of the M&A process, including client contact and due diligence. Responsibilities include creating complex financial models, structuring investment memos, and conducting sector analyses.
Candidates need a university degree in finance, accounting, or a quantitative discipline and 3 to 5 years of experience in investment banking, transaction services, or strategy consulting. Fluency in both Polish and English is required.
