Communicate admission decisions and updates to referral sources in a timely and professional manner
Complete registration and intake documentation in Credible
Accurately document all outreach attempts, communications, and admission outcomes
Verify insurance information as required for intake processing
Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external partners to support coordination of care
Support residential staff by facilitating timely and organized admissions to both CRU and Detox units
Participate in shift handoffs and communicate outstanding referrals or pending items
Adhere to all organizational policies, procedures, and professional standards
Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate respectful, empathetic communication at all times
Perform additional administrative or intake-related duties as assigned by the Admissions Manager, within the defined scope of the role
