The Service Advisor schedules service work and communicates additional needs to customers while managing repair orders and estimates. They act as the primary liaison between the customer and the service department to ensure high satisfaction standards.
A high school diploma is required, and at least one year of RV service experience is preferred. Candidates must be able to lift 50 pounds, move RVs, and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
