The Sales Associate is responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience through personalized shoe recommendations and stellar engagement. They also manage daily retail operations, including pricing, shipment processing, and maintaining store organization.
Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs and remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods is required.
