Lead the store team in providing an exceptional customer experience while driving sales to meet performance goals. Manage daily retail operations including inventory, pricing, and store opening and closing procedures.
Requires a high school diploma or GED and previous experience in retail management or a similar leadership role. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends and lift up to 40 lbs.
