The Business Development Director will lead the growth strategy for Building & Infrastructure services in Singapore by identifying new opportunities and securing contracts with major government and private sector clients. They will manage the full tender lifecycle, coordinate multidisciplinary technical teams, and build long-term relationships with senior stakeholders.
Candidates must possess at least 15 years of experience in engineering, construction, or infrastructure consulting with a proven track record in business development. A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering is required, with professional registration such as a PE or Chartered Engineer being highly preferred.

The Business Development Director will be responsible for developing and growing Building & Infrastructure (B&I;) services across Singapore, with particular focus on:
The role will drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities, developing strategic client relationships, leading pursuits and tenders, and coordinating multidisciplinary technical teams to deliver winning proposals for major clients including government agencies, developers, asset owners and contractors.
