The role focuses on configuring, deploying, and supporting business-class IT equipment for clients both onsite and remotely. Responsibilities include troubleshooting customer issues, recommending technical solutions, and documenting all activities.
Candidates should have experience supporting Windows desktops, servers, Microsoft 365, and cloud services. Strong communication and people skills are emphasized as being as important as technical expertise.
