Lead and mentor a team of Buff Care Specialists while managing daily store operations, including scheduling and administrative duties. Oversee inventory, raw material procurement, and product quality control to ensure cost-effective and compliant operations.
The candidate must be able to manage HR functions such as hiring and evaluations and handle key-holder responsibilities. Proficiency in guest service interaction and the ability to execute production and packaging tasks is required.
