Support urban and regional development projects with a focus on communication and dialogue between politics, citizens, and youth. Assist in the implementation of LEADER-funded projects and the management of EU funding processes.
Must be a student currently enrolled for at least three more semesters in a degree related to sustainable urban or regional development. Requires a reliable, independent worker with an interest in climate protection and civic engagement.

Dialogue and learning processes in urban and regional development have been our passion for more than 20 years. In our dialogue projects, we attach great importance to participants getting to know different perspectives, relating to each other, and broadening their horizons through exchange—in other words, learning from each other. Our educational projects thrive on dialogue between “teachers” and ‘learners’ on an equal footing, through the sharing and reflection of experiences. We call this “Dialogue L,” learning dialogue. In this way, our fields of work enrich each other – for the benefit of cities and neighborhoods, regions and villages.
