Ability to read and follow work instructions, measurements, templates, and basic blueprints to locate and cut holes accurately.
Ability to visually inspect cut openings for size, placement, and quality and make minor corrections as needed.
Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including respirators, face shields, gloves, and eye protection, for extended periods while cutting fiberglass.
Ability to work scheduled hours, including overtime, as required to meet production demands.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment across multiple departments.
Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with marine manufacturing processes and component installation requirements.
Experience working in a team‑based, production manufacturing environment with quality and productivity standards.
Prior experience reading shop drawings or templates for component placement.
Work is performed in a manufacturing plant environment with exposure to fiberglass dust, noise, and vibration from cutting and grinding equipment.
Frequent use of respirators, masks, gloves, hearing protection, and eye protection is required when cutting fiberglass materials.
Work may involve standing for extended periods, repetitive hand and arm motions, bending, reaching, and working in awkward or confined positions within boat hulls or decks.
