The Holecutter is responsible for drilling, cutting, and trimming holes in boat hulls and decks according to manufacturing specifications. The role also involves inspecting work for quality and safely operating equipment such as forklifts and various hand-held cutting tools.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and the ability to safely operate hand-held cutting and drilling equipment. Proficiency in reading blueprints and work instructions, along with the ability to wear required PPE in a manufacturing environment, is essential.

Position Overview:
The Holecutter is responsible for drilling and cutting holes in boat hulls, decks, and small parts. This role involves using various tools and equipment to ensure precise and clean cuts, adhering to manufacturing specifications and quality standards.

The anticipated hiring range for this position is $20.90 to $23.65, hourly. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the candidate’s qualifications and the business context.
