The Materials Supervisor coordinates and supervises material operations, including receiving, storage, and inventory control to ensure timely delivery to production lines. They are also responsible for optimizing resource usage, enforcing safety standards, and conducting continuous improvement audits.
Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Administration or a related field and at least 3 years of experience in the Maquiladora industry. Proficiency in SAP, inventory management systems, and knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles are required.
