Deliver direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home and clinic settings. Implement treatment plans designed by BCBAs and maintain precise clinical documentation and data collection.
Requires an active RBT certification and a high school diploma or equivalent. Candidates must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and experience working with children with ASD.

As a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis Therapy (ABA) for autism and other neurodivergent diagnoses, we specialize in individualized behavioral interventions that empower children to overcome the challenges that hinder their growth and learn the skills that will help them thrive. With state-of-the-art clinical locations nationwide, we offer a comprehensive range of services including in-home, school, and center-based ABA therapy, with daycare, afterschool, and family training programs across 11 states. Using evidence-based ABA techniques to enhance verbal and non-verbal communication, increase independence, and improve social interaction and engagement—our caring team becomes a trusted partner in a child’s development. Our methodology not only addresses behavioral challenges and life skills, but emotional well-being to ensure that each child feels valued and supported.
