Key Holders provide leadership and support to store partners while ensuring an exceptional customer experience through expert product knowledge and selling skills. They are responsible for driving sales goals, managing store operational procedures, and executing opening and closing duties.
Candidates need 1 to 2 years of retail sales experience and strong leadership and communication skills. Availability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is required.
