Conduct high-volume phone sales calls with warm, pre-qualified leads to guide women toward booking portraiture experiences. Manage the sales pipeline within a CRM and implement daily coaching feedback to hit booking targets.
Requires at least 6 months of experience in an SDR, BDR, or high-touch sales role. Candidates must possess exceptional phone communication skills, fluency in English, and a reliable remote work setup.

The ability to connect quickly, listen properly, and guide a woman from interested to committed (or turn them away if the timing is wrong) without her ever feeling sold to.

100+ dials per day on warm, pre-qualified leads
Follow our proven sales process on every call, every time
Hit daily booking targets consistently
Manage your pipeline and follow up properly in our CRM
Train with your coach daily and implement feedback fast
Clean admin and data that makes the whole team better

Base: £14,000-16,000 per year (paid in ZAR equivalent)
On‑target earnings (OTE): £35,000–£45,000 per year once fully ramped
