You will build and manage an end-to-end influencer ecosystem for international markets, starting with Singapore and Hong Kong. This includes sourcing creators, negotiating contracts, managing campaign execution, and optimizing performance to drive customer acquisition.
The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years of experience in influencer marketing with a proven track record of performance-driven campaigns. Strong organizational skills, creative taste, and the ability to build scalable playbooks are essential for this role.

We’re a small, tight-knit team working to clean up the global food supply, provide healthy food to everyone, and build Don’t Die into the most influential ideology in the world. We move quickly, work efficiently, and enjoy an environment defined by competence.
As Blueprint scales internationally, this role starts by owning the creator engine in our two priority launch markets — Singapore and Hong Kong, and grows into the broader international mandate as those markets prove out. International growth depends on localized storytelling and creator credibility, so you will build and run the end-to-end influencer ecosystem: sourcing, outreach, negotiation, briefing, whitelisting, tracking, and performance optimization. You'll go deep on SG/HK first, building the creator network, the briefing playbook, and the paid-media feedback loop from the ground up, then use that blueprint for other international markets.
