Provide skilled occupational therapy treatments to adult and geriatric patients in a skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation setting. Implement individualized treatment plans to improve activities of daily living, strength, and overall independence under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
Must be a graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program with a current or eligible state license. Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care is preferred along with strong communication and clinical reasoning skills.

Blue Stone Therapy is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide rehabilitation services to adult and geriatric patients at Pinnacle Specialty Care, Cedar Falls, IA.
This role focuses on delivering skilled occupational therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in a skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation setting. The Occupational Therapy Assistant works under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to implement treatment plans designed to improve activities of daily living (ADLs), functional mobility, strength, cognition, and overall independence.
