The Veterinary Receptionist manages client communications, schedules appointments, and processes payments while maintaining accurate patient records. They serve as the first point of contact, ensuring a professional and compassionate experience for both pets and their owners.
Previous experience in a veterinary clinic, boarding facility, or humane society is preferred. Candidates should possess strong organizational skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
