The specialist is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and shipping customer orders while maintaining high quality and safety standards. They also maintain organized workstations and communicate workflow improvements to management.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Previous experience in warehouse fulfillment or using shipping systems is preferred.
