Deliver outstanding customer service and foster lasting client relationships.
Consistently meet or exceed daily sales goals in a retail boutique setting.
Learn and maintain expert knowledge of our home décor, gift, and lifestyle products.
Keep the store environment clean, organized, and visually appealing.
Assist with store opening and closing procedures.
Respond promptly to customer emails, phone calls, and in-person requests.
Follow company procedures and policies to ensure smooth daily operations.
Participate actively in team meetings and trainings.
Schedule: Typically 9:30 AM – 6 PM
