The Director will define and govern the HSE strategy, standards, and governance framework for a national portfolio of high-density data centers. They are responsible for embedding a zero-incident safety culture and ensuring regulatory compliance across multiple Canadian provinces.
Requires 15+ years of HSE leadership in large-scale construction or mission-critical builds with deep knowledge of Canadian provincial regulations. A degree in a related field and professional credentials such as CRSP, CSP, or NEBOSH are required.

On the Bell Business Markets team, you’ll be a vital part of making innovation happen for enterprise-scale customers. You’ll deliver advanced solutions in areas such as IoT, Mobility/5G, Cloud, Cyber Security, Voice, Collaboration & Contact Centre and Internet & Private Networks.

Bell’s AI Fabric initiative is pioneering a secure, sovereign AI compute network across Canada. This ambitious portfolio features seven large-scale, high-density data centers, anchored by a 500 MW British Columbia supercluster and a 300 MW flagship site in Regina, Saskatchewan
As HSE Program Director, you will own the Health, Safety & Environment program at the portfolio level—defining the HSE strategy, standards, and governance framework that every site inherits and executes against. You'll be the senior authority safeguarding the well-being of the workforce and Bell's regulatory standing across all builds, embedding a zero-incident culture, driving consistent safety and environmental performance, and maturing the HSE function as the program scales aggressively nationally.
Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
