The role focuses on continuous improvement of production processes by applying quality and statistical tools to meet organizational objectives. The incumbent will actively participate in lean system maintenance, Kaizen events, and provide support for new product introductions and engineering changes.
Candidates must have a completed degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field and 1 to 3 years of experience in quality control. Proficiency in performance indicators, statistical tools, electrical testing, and measurement equipment is required.

Summary:
Esta posición busca la mejora continua mediante la utilización y aplicación de herramientas de calidad y estadísticas para la mejora de los procesos productivos al fin de cumplir con los objetivos de calidad establecidos por la organización. Participará de manera activa en el mantenimiento y seguimiento al sistema de lean en el área asignada, así como en eventos Kaizen. Deberá proveer soporte en la introducción de nuevos productos y cambios de ingeniería que afectan la calidad de los productos.
Requisitos:
-1 a 3 años de experiencia en control de calidad
-Manejo de indicadores de desempeño
-Aplicación de herramientas estadísticas
-Carrera terminada (ingniería industrial o a fin)
-Manejo de herramientas de calidad
-Conocimiento en pruebas eléctricas
-Manejo de equipos de medición
