Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, with an associate degree preferred. A minimum of three years of previous office management experience is required.

Prior administrative experience working in an Optometric / Ophthalmic office supporting multiple levels of employees is preferred. He/she greets patients and must be kind and approachable at all times. The ideal candidate has a healthy initiative and can anticipate needs.
