The role involves leading customer implementations for the Bectran platform and assisting in product growth by analyzing requirements and designing workflows. Additionally, the specialist will conduct product demos for prospective clients and provide ongoing technical and business support to existing customers.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. A minimum of 1–3 years of experience in a client-facing, technical, or product-related role is preferred.

Compensation & Benefits:
In accordance with Illinois' pay transparency requirements, we are committed to providing clear compensation information. The pay range for this position is $70,000 to $80,000 annually. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges are subject to change based on evolving market conditions or business needs.
