The Receiving Team Lead provides daily direction to associates regarding merchandise presentation, inventory control, and customer service. They are responsible for executing merchandising directives, maintaining plan-o-grams, and supporting departmental sales and payroll goals.
Candidates must have a high school diploma and 2 to 4 years of experience in retail sales, with supervisory experience being a plus. Proficiency in PC-based software and the ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 100 pounds, is required.
