The Team Lead provides daily direction to associates regarding merchandise presentation, inventory control, and customer service activities. They support management in achieving sales, gross margin, and payroll goals while maintaining a productive team environment.
Requires a high school diploma and 2 to 4 years of experience in retail sales, with supervisory experience preferred. Candidates must be proficient in PC-based tools and capable of performing physical tasks including lifting up to 100 pounds.
