The Archery Technician is responsible for tuning, diagnosing, and assembling archery equipment while providing technical guidance to customers. They also handle retail activities including sales, product recommendations, and maintaining store inventory and displays.
Candidates must have a high school diploma and at least 2 years of experience with bow set up. Proficiency in technical tasks such as determining draw weight, installing accessories, and operating a bow press is required.
