The CLUB Customer Service Outfitter provides world-class service by assisting customers with CLUB memberships and account processes. They are responsible for product demonstrations, maintaining inventory, and supporting store metric goals.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and up to two years of relevant experience. Excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work under general supervision are required.
POSITION SUMMARY:

The CLUB Outfitter will be the product expert while executing account servicing and other CLUB processes to include acquiring and activating new members, CLUB sales, customer experience, peer coaching and influencing, and regulatory compliance.
