Perform and coordinate repair and preventative maintenance activities across various crafts to ensure the functionality and safety of retail store facilities. Collaborate with management to prioritize urgent repairs and maintain overall store operational efficiency.
Requires a high school diploma and 1-2 years of experience, or an associate degree, with vocational training preferred. Must possess a valid Arizona Driver's License and a clean driving record.
The General Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing and/or coordinating repair and maintenance activities on assigned equipment and facilities and ensures the overall functionality and safety of the retail store environment. This role performs routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting equipment issues, and supporting various repair and maintenance projects to enhance the store’s operational efficiency.
Work is not closely supervised and is governed by standardized work routines that permit the use of initiative, and typically has an impact through the provision of activities that require technical understanding or through the provision of administrative support of a facilitative or interpretive nature.
Must have a valid Arizona Driver's License and a clean driving record.
Physical Demands:
Supports retail store requests for maintenance or repair, often driving from one store location to another.
Work Environment:
Work is performed in a retail store environment. Frequent travel is required.
Must be at least 18-years old.
