The 3rd Key Holder will supervise the in-store team, support daily operations, and ensure high standards of customer service to meet sales targets. They are also responsible for inventory management, visual merchandising, and assisting with staff onboarding and training.
Candidates should have 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in retail sales or team management and possess strong leadership and communication skills. A high school diploma is considered an asset, and availability for days, evenings, and weekends is required.
