The Parts Sales Manager drives store sales performance and fosters a high-performing team to ensure exceptional customer service. This role involves operational oversight, team development, and supporting the company's mission of providing trusted automotive solutions.
Candidates should demonstrate strong leadership, integrity, and decision-making skills with the ability to work a flexible full-time schedule. Previous experience in automotive retail and ASE certification are considered strong assets for this position.
