The Parts Sales Manager is responsible for driving store sales performance and fostering a high-performing team to ensure exceptional customer service. This role involves operational oversight and supporting the store manager in executing daily store operations.
Candidates must demonstrate strong leadership, integrity, and decision-making skills with the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Previous experience in automotive retail is preferred, and proficiency in both English and Spanish is considered an asset.
