The Parts Sales Manager drives store sales performance and fosters a high-performing team to ensure exceptional customer service. This role involves operational oversight, team development, and executing store operations with excellence.
Candidates should demonstrate strong leadership abilities, integrity, and decision-making skills. Previous experience in automotive retail and ASE certification are preferred, along with the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
