The Parts Sales Manager drives store sales performance and fosters a high-performing team to ensure exceptional customer service. This role involves operational oversight and team development to support the company's mission of providing automotive solutions.
Candidates must demonstrate strong leadership, integrity, and decision-making skills with the ability to work a flexible full-time schedule. Previous experience in automotive retail and Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification are preferred.
