The receptionist will manage incoming telephone calls, direct inquiries to the appropriate departments, and provide general support to the sales and service teams. Additionally, the role involves data entry, clerical tasks, and processing customer deposits and payments.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, along with excellent communication and organizational skills. The role requires punctuality, the ability to multitask, and availability to work on Saturdays.

Must be able to work Saturday 8 am - 5 pm.
Responsibilities consist of but not limited to:
Answer incoming telephone calls promptly.
Directs caller to correct department or individual.
Notifies the appropriate person that a customer is waiting.
Data entry and various clerical tasks.
Collect and enter customer deposits and payments.
Provide general support to our Sales & Service departments.
