Develop pricing for project elements and prepare key estimating deliverables for fire protection solutions. Review project documents to estimate scope of work and manage bids during the pre-construction phase.
Requires 2 to 5+ years of experience in fire protection systems design or related construction estimating. Proficiency with Bluebeam or similar construction management software is required.

Required Qualifications:
2 to 5+ years of experience in fire protection systems design or related field of construction, electrical, and electronic systems estimating
Experience with Bluebeam or other construction management software.
Excellent communication skills.
Desired Qualifications:
1+ years of Fire Alarm Systems estimating.
NICET Certifications beneficial.
Previous construction project management experience
