Partner with business, technology, data, analytics, and delivery teams to drive execution.
Manage senior stakeholders across business and technology organizations, including directors and executives.
Facilitate workshops, planning sessions, executive reviews, and steering committee meetings.
Translate strategic business priorities into executable delivery plans.
Monitor timelines, deliverables, KPIs, adoption metrics, and value realization.
Prepare executive-level presentations, roadmap updates, milestone reports, and risk summaries.
Coordinate effectively across onsite and offshore delivery teams.
Required Qualifications

Strong functional knowledge of supply chain processes and supply chain transformation initiatives.
Demonstrated ability to manage senior business and technology stakeholders.
Expertise in program planning, governance, risk management, dependency management, roadmap planning, and value tracking.
Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.
Ability to bring structure and clarity to ambiguous environments.
Experience working with distributed onsite and offshore teams.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience within automotive, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.
Experience leading Digital Transformation, Data Platform, Analytics, AI/ML, Enterprise Application, or Cloud programs.
Familiarity with Agile, Hybrid Delivery, Product Operating Models, or SAFe.
Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, SAFe, Scrum, Lean Six Sigma, or APICS/ASCM.
Master's degree or MBA preferred.
