The Customer Experience Coordinator will manage customer inquiries via email and live chat while providing technical support and product guidance. They will also analyze customer feedback to drive internal improvements and collaborate on cross-functional projects to enhance the overall customer experience.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience along with 1–3 years in a customer-facing or e-commerce role. Proficiency in technical platforms like Zendesk and Google Suite is required, alongside strong communication skills and a sales-oriented mindset.
