The Junior Internal Audit Manager is responsible for developing and implementing internal control policies while monitoring compliance across the organization. They will conduct operational audits, identify business risks, and provide actionable recommendations to management for process improvements.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field and possess at least three years of experience in auditing, accounting, or consulting. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
