The Traffic Control Attendant manages high-volume vehicle and pedestrian traffic flow during events to ensure safety and efficient parking operations. They also coordinate with security and emergency services while providing assistance to guests and maintaining traffic control equipment.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Previous experience in traffic control, security, or public safety is preferred, along with the physical ability to work outdoors in varying conditions.

AAG’s operational footprint includes a 2,500+ seat outdoor stadium, 24 multi-purpose fields, 62 indoor/beach volleyball courts, 41 pickleball courts, 16 basketball courts, 8 baseball/softball diamonds, and more!
Position Summary
Manage high-volume ingress and egress operations; deploy traffic control plans; maintain emergency access routes; optimize traffic flow during tournaments, concerts and special events. The successful candidate will assist with directing traffic during large event ingress and egress periods and emergencies, monitoring parking areas, enforcing parking regulations, and providing world class customer service to the millions of athletes and guests who visit the Arizona Athletic Grounds every year.
