A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for Elementary Education and Montessori experience. Candidates should possess strong communication skills and the ability to obtain NAMC certification within the first year.

Requirements
· Bachelor's Degree required (Elementary Education preferred)
· Montessori Experience (preferred)
· NAMC (Preferred or willing to obtain within first year of employment)
· Ability to communicate with parents effectively and professionally.
· Experience with Lesson planning and development
· Ability to multitask and function in an ever-changing environment
Final compensation is determined based on a combination of factors, including years of experience in a similar role, relevant certifications and/or credentials, and the size and/or geographic location of the school.
