Manage all MEP packages from installation through to practical completion, ensuring quality and safety standards are met. Coordinate subcontractors, lead QA processes, and oversee testing and commissioning activities for project handover.
Requires previous experience as an MEP or Building Services Manager with a strong track record in large-scale residential developments. Preference is given to candidates with experience in hospital or high-end residential projects.
