The clinician provides direct clinical services, including evaluations and therapy, to students and families within an assigned school district. They are responsible for developing treatment plans, maintaining 25 billable hours per week, and coordinating with school personnel and external stakeholders.
Candidates must be licensed (LMSW, LMHC, or LMFT) with at least one year of experience working with children, adolescents, and families. Proficiency in evidence-based interventions and electronic health record systems is required.
Job Overview of Clinician - School Based-White Plains-10 Month or 12 Month Option
The School-Based Clinician provides direct clinical services (evaluations, assessments, treatment, individual, family and group therapy) in the assigned school district. The School-Based Clinician engages with school personnel to assess and coordinate services and participate in activities for students and their families taking place during and after school hours.
Key duties of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
Key qualifications include:
Must have ability to reach, walk, sit for long periods of time, climb stairs, bend, kneel, lift up to 20lbs, and able to travel. Driver’s license preferred.
